The invention discloses a head-mounted display. The head-mounted display includes a main body portion, an adjusting mechanism, and a head-mounted support for mounting the main body portion to the head of a user. The main body portion includes a display module provided with a display screen. The adjusting mechanism includes an angle adjusting mechanism and a distance adjusting mechanism. The angle adjusting mechanism and the distance adjusting mechanism are connected with each other. The distance adjusting mechanism is fixedly connected to the head-mounted support. The angle adjusting mechanism is fixedly connected to the display module. The angle adjusting mechanism is rotatable. When the angle adjusting mechanism is rotating, the display module rotates to adjust an angle between the display screen of the display module and visual lines of the eyes of the user. The distance adjusting mechanism is movable in a vertical direction. When the distance adjusting mechanism is moving vertically, the display screen of the display module is driven by the angle adjusting mechanism to move, so a distance between the display screen and the eyes of the user is adjusted. According to the technical scheme, the adjusting mechanism is adopted to allow the user to conveniently adjust the angle and the distance, so the head-mounted display adapts to demands of different users, and the use experience of the user is improved.
