Simulation & Test Research of Grinding Head Loading System of Steel Grinding Machine

The working principle of grinding head hydraulic loading system of steel grinding machine was introduced.The position and pressure compound control was put forward in the down process,ncreasing efficiency.As the location interference of grinding wheel not only brought redundant inertia force,but also made gravity,friction and inertia force of grinding head to influence output force of system,there was pressure fluctuation to control pressure in open loop.So it was put forward using closed-loop to control pressure in the basis of three-way proportional pressure reduce valve,achieving accurate force control of grinding head,making system to keep the good follow characteristics under the influence of the location interference and achieving performance requirement.The model of system was established and simulated using AMESim and controlling parameter was defined.That is proved with experiments and has been successfully applied to domestic steel grinding machine.
