Fluctuation analysis of instantaneous availability under delay-repair

The problem on the fluctuation of instantaneous availability (IA) is mainly considered for the renewal model with three states (up, delay-repair and repair) under exponential distribution. A set of novel fluctuation theories including the basic definition and decision lemmas of fluctuation function is created to treat the problem. Sensitivity analyses are used to show influences on fluctuation with different parameters.
