IEC (international electro-technical commission) 61850-based on-line partial discharge monitoring equipment communication simulation method

The invention provides an IEC (international electro-technical commission) 61850-based on-line partial discharge monitoring equipment communication simulation method. The method comprises the following steps: (1) performing simulation to start IEC61850/MMS (multimedia messaging service); (2) querying the value of each analog quantity which is pre-stored in an SQL (structured query language) database and is analyzed at a certain time by using to-be-simulated intelligent electronic on-line partial discharge monitoring equipment; (3) automatically calculating a corresponding alarm remote-signaling state by using a pre-configured remote sensing out-of-limit alarm rule; (4) sending each analog quantity and the alarm remote-signaling state in a form of an IEC61850 report; (5) waiting for a next data sending moment, and repeatedly executing the step (2) until all pre-stored data are completely sent. According to the method, advanced application for state evaluation and the like on various pieces of background equipment and primary equipment, needing to communicate with intelligent electronic on-line monitoring equipment, of an intelligent transformer substation, can be debugged and verified conveniently and flexibly by using a simulated on-line partial discharge monitoring device of a common PC (personal computer).
