Dosierungsfragen bei fibrinolytischer Langzeittherapie mit Streptokinase

). Statistische Auswertung. Mittelwerte und Standardab weichungen der Streptokinase-Erhaltungsdosis und des Fibrinogenspiegels wurden in üblicher Weise berechnet. Bei der Thrombinzeit ließ sich durch logarithmische Transformation eine Normalverteilung der Werte erreichen; Mittelwerte und Standardabweichungen der Thrombinzeit wurden daher mit den logarithmisch transformierten Werten berechnet. Die im Ergebnisteil angegebenen Bereiche ent-sprechen dem lo-Bereich.
