This study aims to predict the life of PV module by analyzing the relation between degradation and reliability of module. Analysis of module degradation using the Non-Destructive Raman Analyzer could give information about chemical structure of module materials, cause of performance drop and reliability of PV module. In this study, performance loss by the module degradation gualitatively analyzes Raman spectrum through the de-acetylation of ethylene-vinyle acetate(EVA), inspect the internal crack by sensing the absorbable energy with EL camera and interpret the degradation point using the Thermal camera by sending a current to module. As results of this research, it was found that the module reliability could be predicted from the correlation of Raman spectroscopy analysis even though before exposed in the field.
