System model analysis of the management effectiveness of the territorial producing company and considering the interrelations with the macroenvironment

Processes of combined generation of heat and power (CHP) by the region energy complex are explored in the article. Models of operation of the energy system based on production functions are shown by the example of the region energy complex. Effectiveness of usage of the basic resources of energy system is determined. Model parameters that characterize effectiveness of resources consumption are identified with the method of least squares. Quality evaluation of the designed models is conducted. A model of the system dynamics of the region energy resources and marketable interactions between the energy company and regional industry is constructed. Simulation modeling based on the designed mathematical model is conducted. Operating modes of management of the energy complex are analyzed. Management models of the region energy system considering internal and external investments are constructed. Controllability of the region energy system is examined with simulation modeling. Boundaries of the efficient management are defined. Different forecasts of functioning are constructed.
