Recently, as the global demand of energy usage is increasing dramatically, the governments of many countries have attempted to develop their own energy policies. In domestic, in order to popularize the renewable energy, many energy paradigms have suggested, particularly, the energy policies for the efficient energy saving and energy production are discussed such as Renewable Energy Portfolio Standard (RPS) and Renewable Heat Obligation (RHO) etc. According to this policies, the Photovoltaic/thermal (PVT) system which is combined with electric generation and heat production has been attracted in domestic and foreign. Even though many of experimental studies for PVT system have been conducted, there was not enough data of a quantitative evaluation with the economic analysis and comprehensive analysis for PVT system. In this study, in order to development of Geo-PVT (Geothermal- Photovoltaic/thermal) Hybrid System, the feasibility study for Geo-PVT was conducted by the performance analysis and LCC assessment. In the result, according to installation area of PVT, ROI (return on investment) was calculated with other systems.
