A control system for complementary power supply of a solar battery pack and a storage battery pack comprises the solar battery pack. The output of the solar battery pack is connected with the input of an MPPT controller, the output of the MPPT controller is connected with the first input of a BUCK2 module, and the solar battery pack and the MPPT controller form a solar power supply source. The output of the storage battery pack is connected with the first input of a BUCK1 module, the output of the BUCK1 module is connected with the second input of the BUCK2 module, and the storage battery pack and the BUCK1 module form a storage battery pack power supply source. The output voltage feedback of the MPPT controller is connected with the second input of the BUCK1 module to change the output voltage of the BUCK1 module. After the solar power supply source and the storage battery pack power supply source are connected in series, voltage reduction is carried out through the BUCK2 module, and finally, electric energy stable in voltage and power is generated. When a solar battery and a storage battery supply power to a load in a combined mode, the solar energy is used preferentially, when the solar energy is insufficient, total power output of the solar battery is carried out, the storage battery compensates for the insufficient part, and therefore the solar energy is fully utilized.
