A method for managing object view data in an object database includes detecting a view of an object in an image and comparing of view data of the view captured by the object view data of object views of objects in an object database based on a comparison criterion. Furthermore, the method includes storing the view data of the view acquired together with time information in the object database as a new object view data when the comparison indicates that the acquired view corresponding to no object view in the object database, or changing a time information from existing object view data of an object view in the object database when the comparison indicates that the detected object view of the view corresponds to. In addition, the method includes managing the object view data in the object database based on the time information of the object view data.
