INCLUSION COMMUNITY MODEL : LEARNING FROM BALI Model

Conflict often occurs when people behave closed and exclusive by looking at himself and his group. Some authors propose the concept of inclusive community to reduce the conflict and towards a harmonious society. Indonesia has a huge potential for conflict to happen due to the number of tribe, religion, race and class, but on the other hand it has had a noble wealth in society, which needs to be exposed and arranged to become a teaching material for future generations. That is why this research is done. This research uses descriptive qualitative method of setting Balinese case study in Bali and Lampung. The analysis was conducted in the narrative and constructive way by involving various resource persons and participants. The Research shows that there is value in Balinese inclusion both in the province of Bali and Lampung province in various fields such as social, cultural, economic, and governance. For further research, the learning module of Balinese inclusion Community should be made. A research on other wealth local communities besides Bali should also be made in Indonesia.
