Robust Reliable Control for Uncertain Nonlinear Systems with Time delay

The system under consideration involves state time delay, parameter uncertainties and unknown nonlinear disturbances. The nonlinearities are assumed to satisfy the boundedness condition, and the parameter uncertainties are allowed to be time varying unstructured. The purpose of work is to design a state observer and a linear memoryless dynamic output feedback controller such that, for all admissible uncertainties as well as actuator failures occurring among a prespecified subset of actuators, the closed loop system is asymptotically stable. The simulation results show that the method is very effective.
