The embedded center processing mainboard is directly fixed in the housing, the CMOS video image acquisition circuit, a memory, a communication circuit, the peripheral circuit and the interface set are all connected to the embedded center processing mainboard and then fixed on the housing, an optical collection imaging unit, the indicator lamp board and the loudspeaker are not only connected to the embedded center processing mainboard and are also fixedly connected to the edge of the housing. The off-line type living body rolling fingerprint collecting instrument supports two fingerprint collection modes of plane fingerprint and living body fingerprint, and supports data transmission with the environment in modes of USB, LAN, WIFI, 3G and the like. The off-line type living body rolling fingerprint collecting instrument is capable of independently collecting fingerprint images in a mode of being divorced from a computer.
