선체부재 가공/조립 원가 분석을 위한 기준정보 표준화와 원단위 구축 연구

In the shipbuilding process, accurate man-hour estimation is required for efficient production planning and management. In this paper, we analyze the master data of work breakdown structure for cost analysis of hull part fabrication. Master data of work breakdown structure is used as a reference for extracting specific product quantity information from the work package. And the master data is utilized in the construction of category data base for specific physical unit calculation according to ship types. Cost estimations of fabrication processes are available for production planning and production management. The developed data base system will contribute to improving productivity in ship fabrication process.
