Die rektale Sonographie - eine Erweiterung der Rezidivdiagnostik zervikaler Neoplasien

: Rectal sonography--especially with the use of modern rotating scanners--provides major progress in the diagnosis of recurrent malignant tumours in the lower pelvis. Sonography in general and its advantages are discussed in comparison to other techniques for the diagnosis of recurring cervical malignancies.
