Analysis of Satellite-ground Frequency Deviation and Compensation Method for LEO Mobile Communication System

Due to the shortage of spectrum resource and fierce competition of LEO mobile communication system, improving the efficiency of spectrum resource utilization becomes critical to system design. In LEO mobile communication system, user-segment uplink is the key to the entire system, and the improvement of spectrum resource utilization in user-segment uplink can significantly improve the spectral efficiency of the entire system. Based on the technical characteristics of typical LEO mobile communication systems in the world, this paper analyses the mechanism of frequency deviation between satellite and ground of LEO mobile communication system, and gives the corresponding compensation method for frequency deviation. Our method reduces the protection bandwidth of user-segment uplink, which further improves the efficiency of spectrum resource utilization.
