Volterra-based Digital Backpropagation: Performance and Complexity Assessment

We review the latest developments on Volterra-based digital backpropagation (DBP) algorithms. Performance and implementation complexity are assessed through experimental results obtained for a 100G PM-64QAM transmission system.
