Design and Optimization of Hydraulic Synchronous Fuzzy Control System

A synchronization control strategy was presented based on the time-varying and nonlinear characteristics of hydrostatic pile driver hydraulic system.Based on PID control in two actuators,a fuzzy-PI control strategy for synchronization error was adopted.Using Genetic Algorithm(GA) for position PID controller parameters optimization,penalty function method was used to control system allowable overshoot.Weighted factor α and β were introduced in every synchronization error grades and error rate,the fuzzy rules of the automatic extraction was achieved;GA was used to determine the weighted factors of fuzzy rules and the quantizing factors and proportional factors of fuzzy controller.The hydrostatic pile driver simulation results show that,when model parameters of the controlled plant change ±20%,the synchronization error of the two actuators can be controlled in ±1.5mm.
