Erosive adenomatosis of the nipple.

Erosive adenomatosis is a benign lesion which is clinically indistinguishable from Paget's disease of the nipple. Histologically, it may be confused with adenocarcinoma, and frozen sections may not provide enough detail to allow accurate differentiation between them. Simple excision of the nipple and subareolar tissue is recommended as definitive treatment.
