Mental retarded girl with hair-thread tourniquet syndrome

Hair-thread tourniquet syndrome is a rare clinical situation that is more common in infancy group. It is important that early identification and diagnosis of this situation for prevention of loss of related limb. In this case, a mental retarded 5-year-old girl presented with a hair-thread tourniquet syndrome in her toe. Pam Med J 2018;11(1):69-71
