Low Cycle Fatigue-creep Life Prediction for Turbine Rotor Blade

Thermal analysis on the first stage turbine rotor blade has been completed based on the CFD results under calculated conditions. According to the three-cycles load spectrum of a typical subject, loads are transformed equivalently. And the nonlinear mechanical analysis has been completed. The blade creep damage and the low cycle fatigue damage under the subject have been obtained. Considering the effect of mean stress, the whole damage of the blade has been put out.
