LED illumination device for preventing flicker

An objective of the present invention is to prevent flickering by connecting a capacitor to LED channels in parallel so that always all the LED channels operate regardless of input voltage values. To this end, there is provided an LED lighting apparatus for preventing flickering, the apparatus including: a power source to supply input power; a rectifying circuit to receive the input voltage from the power source and output rectified power; an LED unit having at least one LED channel serially connected, a resistor unit connected to the last end of the LED channels, and capacitors connected to the respective LED channels in parallel; a current sensing resistor; and a switch circuit including at least one switch, in which an m^th switch is connected to the back end of an m^th LED channel and the last switch is connected to the back end of the resistor unit so as to control a previous switch by the sum of currents of two neighboring switches flowing through the current sensing resistor.
