400Gb/s single carrier transmission with integrated coherent optics

We report 400Gb/s single carrier transmission over 80km standard fiber using highly integrated optics in CFP2 form factor. 400Gb/s is achieved just below soft decision FEC limit while the improvement is reported with discrete receiver.
