A Study of Optimization of Industrial Structure Based on Principle of Circulation Economics ——With Changsha as an Example

Based on the analysis of the industrial structure of Changsha City,capital of Hunan Province,this paper presents the idea of adjusting the industrial structure based on the demand of new industrialization according to the principle of circulation economics to optimize and adjust the regional industrial structure to promote regional economic growth.The paper proposes countermeasures of three levels to optimize the industrial structure of Changsha City.
