신축공동주택 동계시공 마감공정에 따른 실내공기질 측정에 관한 연구

Because of the airtightness of building and abuse of furniture and misuse of building materials, indoor air pollution has been increasingly concerned. To improve the IAQ(Indoor Air Quality) in new apartment, this study was aimed at surveying on Indoor Air Quality according to winter finishing work with the construction periods and building materials, and analyzing the emission rate of noxious materials in new apartment bedroom and living room. The results of this study are as follows; the rate of HCHO(Formaldehyde) reduction for three weeks is 7% in bedroom, 55% in living room, and the rate of TVOC(Total Volatile Organic Compound) reduction for three weeks is 92% in bedroom, 90% in living room respectively.
