The device comprises a light-supplementing control chip, an eyeball information collector, an infrared signal generating chip, an infrared remote-control light-supplementing lamp and a light-supplementing lamp control switch, wherein the light-supplementing control chip is used for generating a light-supplementing signal; the eyeball information collector is used for collecting the first eyeball movement way of a user under the action of the infrared remote-control light-supplementing lamp; the infrared signal generating chip is used for generating an infrared signal according to the first eyeball movement way of the user; the infrared remote-control light-supplementing lamp comprises a signal transmitting mode which emits the infrared signal, a light-supplementing mode used for performing light-supplementing operation on the collection operation of the first eyeball movement way of the user according to the light-supplementing signal, and an outage mode; the light-supplementing lamp control switch is used for switching the work mode of the infrared remote-control light-supplementing lamp. The corresponding infrared signal is acquired through the eyeball movement of the user and is transmitted; the individual requirement by the user can be well met, and the transmitting efficiency of the infrared signal is improved.
