Energy consumption testing method and device of photogravure press

The invention discloses an energy consumption testing method and device of a photogravure press. The energy consumption testing device comprises a current transformer, a contact type meter pen, a power instrument and a data processing device. The current transformer and the contact type meter pen are respectively connected with the power instrument, and meanwhile the power instrument is connected with the data processing device. The phase current of the photogravure press is detected by the current transformer, a phase voltage of the photogravure press is detected by the contact type meter pen, afterwards, the detected phase current and the detected phase voltage are respectively transmitted to the power instrument, and finally the power instrument transmits data to the data processing device so that the data can be processed. Thus, by means of the energy consumption testing method and device of the photogravure press, quantitative analysis of energy consumption of the photogravure press can be achieved.
