A system for controlling an automatic apparatus for measuring the concrete mixture setting time is provided to improve the convenience and reliability of measurement by eliminating the process of penetrating the interpenetration needle into the concrete and exchange of the interpenetration needle through the manual operation. The system(200) for controlling an automatic apparatus for measuring the concrete mixture setting time comprises (1) a device control operation unit(201) which controls and manages the overall operation of the concrete setting time automatic measurement device, (2) an operation information storage unit(204) which stores the device setting information for operation of the concrete setting time automatic measuring device, (3) a transport unit-operating unit(207) which induces the interpenetration of interpenetration needle into the concrete in the measurement vessel by rotating or moving the interpenetration needle by the transport unit, and (4) a concrete setting time calculation unit(210) which automatically calculates the concrete setting time of the concrete in the each measurement vessel by inserting the penetration resistance value transmitted from the transport unit when the interpenetration needle is inserted into the concrete into the equation designated to the device setting information.
