Now people who use angkot is smaller than motorcycle or car. Angkot also continues to be unifit for operation due to its low occupancy rate. Long travel time, traffic conditions, unfair price, and driver's attitude make people who use angkot is decreased. Operational cost also is greater than income. Angkot can carry on people, but it also has advantage to carry on goods ot packages with cheaper price than online motorcycle taxi. Unlike online motorcycle taxi, angkot has fixed and reversible closed loop routes. It means, angkot has to fulfill their routes then back again. They can't go back in the middle of their route. We propose cooperation model for delivery using angkot. Based on the simulation, angkot still have potential opportunity to compete with online motorcycle taxi because the price is cheaper than online motorcycle taxi even it needs to exchange angkot.
