Research on Method for On-line Diagnosing Stator Winding Faults in Explosion-proof Motor

Base on the mathematical model of induction motors with the method of the generalized multiphase synthetic vector,the numerical simulation and relevant experiments of the stator winding inter-turn short circuit fault in induction motors has been accomplished.We adopt the park's vector and the spectrum analysis of the square of the park's vector modulus to diagnose the stator windings faults.Severity factor of the faults has been defined.The experiment result demonstrates the effectiveness of the method,offering the theoretical support for on-line diagnosing the fault in explosion motor.
