Secondary Interventions in Reading; Providing Additional Instruction for Students at Risk

He comments about Responsiveness to Intervention (RTI), “I have heard a great deal about RTI as part of the newly reauthorized law for special education students. However, I am responsible for all of the learners in my school. How does RTI fit into the entire school context?
