Design of Data Acquisition System for Micro Rapid Rescue Bio-analyzer Based on Continuous Spectrum

In order to meet the require of miniaturization and intelligence, this paper provides a blue print for a data acquisition system of micro rapid rescue bio-analyzer based on continuous spectrum analysis. The program designs the collection in the embedded Linux system module to obtain spectral data from hardware and control the integral time of CCD and bias voltage of A/D flexibly based on the continuous spectrum of micro-spectrometer. The results of ex- periments show that the data acquisition module has realized the dynamic/real-time acquisition within 330~770nm spectrum, which has good stability and high-real-time performance. It improves the detection precision of the whole micro rapid rescue bio-analyzer, while shortening the detection time.
