An image receiving part(10) transmits the video signal received from outside through a pattern formed in a circuit board. An image processing part(50) performs scaling image signal inputted from the image receiving part. A display unit(130) displays video signal processed from the image processing part. The circuit board mounts the image receiving part and the image processing part. The surface ground is formed in the domain end part on the circuit board and is formed in conductive layer in order to reduce electromagnetic wave.
