Research on Measuring and Modeling of Excitation System in Supercritical Cogeneration Unit

Accurately building the excitation system mathematical model of large units is the key issue in the security and stability calculation of power systems.Based on the analysis of supercritical cogeneration excitation control principle on the basis of system structure,this paper establishes the mathematical model of each section of the excitation system.Taking the maintenance test of Guodian Zhaoqing thermoelectric unit 1 grade A as an example,the waveform recorded experiment is carried out for the excitation system,which is simulated and testified by using the simulation program mathematically.Then the validity of the excitation system mathematical model is verified.The simulation experimental results show that it is very useful to build the mathematical model of the excitation system in large cogeneration units and could effectively help the power system operations,maintenances,planning,and management works.Therefore,it could also provide some references for the future construction of power grids.
