Considering investing in video? - some facts to consider

A present in Victorian schools TV is being used in two main areas: Library Resource Centres: In this area a Video Tape Recorder (VTR) is used to tape off air programmes so they can be replayed at a more convenient time by both teachers and students. Teachers can replay these recorded programmes to both whole classes and groups and students can view them individually in carrels. Programmes can be catalogued and stored for future use, or they can be wiped and the tapes used to record other programmes.
