코어 트레이닝이 여자 육상 도약선수의 균형능력 및 FMS(Functional Movement Screen)에 미치는 영향

This study was to investigate the effects of core stability exercises on Balance abilities and FMS(Functional Movement Screen) in the Female College Jumping Players in Athletics. The participants were divided into two groups: Exercise group (n=8) and Control group (n=8). The core stability exercises program for 12 weeks. The results of this study were as follows: First, As for the balance abilities, there were significantly increased in Left, Right in the exercise group.Second, As for the FMS(Functional Movement Screen), there were significantly increased in DS, HS, IL, ASL, TSP, RS in the exercise group. As conclusions, this study confirmed that the core stability exercises could improve the Balance abilities and FMS(Functional Movement Screen) of Female College Jumping Players in Athletics. However, there is a need for more specific exercise programs to be developed for the continual improvement of athletic performance in athletics along with further studies to confirm the physiological benefits of those programs.
