On examine les modifications de la porosite des parois cellulaires du bois de pin sous l'action du champignon de la pourriture brune Fomitopsis pinicola. On utilise a cet effet la penetration de deux marqueurs (ovalbumine et myoglobine) mesuree par microscopie immunoelectronique
