관광산업에서의 전자상거래 도입에 관한 연구

The purpose of this paper was to study current status of internet-based electronic commerce(EC) at tourism industry in Korea. To accomplish the purpose of this paper effectively, first of all, theoretical background of Internet-based electronic commerce was reviewed briefly. Second, research methodology was discussed with the following topics: (1) survey population, (2) data collection methods and period, (3) data analysis methods. Third, current status and problems of internet-based electronic commerce at tourism industry were investigated in detail with the following areas: hotels, travel agents, restaurants, cultures and arts, attractions, transportations, shopping and electronic commerce shopping malls. Fourth, strategies of effective usages of internet-based electronic commerce were discussed in detail. Finally, this paper was summarized and future research directions were suggested briefly.
