A modified Wiener filter for the restoration of blurred images

It is shown that the conventional Wiener filters can be improved by taking the information contained in the Fourier transform of the blurring operator into account. A modified Wiener filter based on this idea is derived. Experimental results are presented to illustrate the proposed image restoration algorithm.<<ETX>>
