해상 풍력발전과 파력발전을 이용한 복합발전시스템의 전력 제어 방안 연구

This paper proposes wave-offshore wind hybrid power generation system which is combined offshore wind turbine and wave power generators. The combined hybrid power generation system has advantage for sharing floating platform and optimizing reactive power output. To optimize reactive power, this paper deal with control strategy that focuses on maximizing reactive power control to maintain voltage setting level at point of common coupling. For certifying control strategy, wave-offshore wind hybrid power generation system is modelled and control algorithm is configured using PSCAD/EMTDC.
