Managing IT Systems in a Production Environment
暂无分享,去创建一个
Production processes supported by information technology systems significantly improve business activities and offer a better insight into production itself and planning of production phases. The article aimed at researching the current state of the production environment (working people, production resources, material usage, existing computer – information state), and offer a model which will improve the current state. The aim is to use simulation of production processes in order to locate congestion and bottleneck situations in production and suggest foundations for the standardization of production processes. Setting processes which will improve the production process in a sense of obtaining feedback (time and status reports on particular production phases) which correct the set information system in the entry production zone is also expected. For existing production zones which have been using information systems for assistance and assessment of production (financial, commodities and material system, user systems) a model of integration with the applied production systems will be suggested.
