Critical Points in Conversations from the Perspective of Chance Discovery

Abstract This paper analyzes conversations to determine what factor can activate a conversation. For that purpose we adopt KeyGraph ® , a type of data visualizer that is based on the chance discovery concept. Conversational data were analyzed and categorized into 5 types. For these 5 types it is shown that the key point or word for activating a conversation can be identified.
