Analisis Kualitas Website Sistem Informasi Akademik Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri

- The university's academic information system (SIAKAD) underwent improvements in the second version. This version upgrade needs to be evaluated regarding the improvements in the latest version. So far siakad v2 service has not been measured quality based on end use or website visitors. In the absence of this measurement, the manager has not been able to receive feedback about the system to the optimization service in students. In this study, the quality of SIAKAD v2 was measured using the WebQual method. WebQual is an instrument tool that can be used to assess the quality of a website according to the end user's perspective. In this study analyzed siakad v2 services with techniques and approaches used with questionnaires based on webqual method version 4.0. This study used 3 variables, namely the quality of use, the quality of information, the quality of interaction. The purpose of this research is to measure the quality of siakad v2 websites that are reviewed in terms of end user satisfaction. The results of this study, obtained the results that the quality of information in SIAKAD v2 does not affect end user satisfaction significantly. Siakad v2 website still needs improvements in its user satisfaction services.
