냉장고 사이클 시뮬레이션을 이용한 보조응축기 형상 최적화

An analytical method for cycle simulation of condenser-compressor sub-system has been developed to improve the performance of a household refrigerator and to optimize the configuration of sub-condenser installed in the machine room. The inlet state of the sub-condenser was predicted by the simple compressor model based on the measured data sets at suction and discharge of the actual refrigerator compressor. The sub-condenser was modeled using the effectiveness-NTU method to evaluate the performance, and the values obtained from this modelling were compared with the experimental results. The maximum COP was achieved with the optimization process conducted to find the proper diameters and spacings of fin and tube for a wave shaped sub-condenser inside the fixed volume. Both the fan power obtained from the fan performance curve and the compressor power from simple compressor modeling were considered in calculation of system COP. The simulations showed that the system performance was improved for the smaller diameter tubes closely spaced and the larger diameter wires densely spaced.
