Die Photochemie stilbenoider Verbindungen und ihre materialwissenschaftlichen Aspekte

Stilbene und Verbindungen, die aus Stilbenbausteinen aufgebaut sind, bilden die stoffliche Grundlage fur eine Vielzahl von Forschungsarbeiten im Bereich der Photophysik und Photochemie. Der einfache synthetische Zugang sowie die hohe thermische und chemische Stabilitat rucken diese Substanzklasse auch immer mehr in das Blickfeld materialwissenschaftlicher Untersuchungen uber optische, elektrische und optoelektronische Eigenschaften. Um der interdisziplinaren Bedeutung der Untersuchungen an Stilbenen gerecht zu werden, versucht dieser Beitrag eine Brucke von molekultheoretischen Berechnungen und photophysikalischen Messungen uber praparative Anwendungen bis hin zu Materialeffekten und deren technologischen Anwendungsmoglichkeiten zu schlagen.
