Design of BLDC Fuzzy Servo Control System

In view of the serious nonlinearity of the mathematical model of the brushless direct current motor(BLDC),a BLDC fuzzy servo controller is established based on a three adjustable factor algorithm.The third factor is introduced so as to control smoothly compared to traditional fuzzy controller.The position error and its change rate are the inputs of the position controller.Different factors are used when the position are on different stages.In order to testify the validity of the model,a simulation is made and the curves of position tracking,speed,current are given.Finally a comparison is carried out between the fuzzy position controller and common PI position controller.The result demonstrates that the fuzzy controller is of perfect quality.It provides a new method for the design,development and debugging of the actual motor control system.
