The subscriber accesses the CSG by obtaining the subscriber's service type in the closed subscriber group CSG to realize providing discrepant services for different subscribers according to different service types. The invention can not only utilize the network resources effectively, but also create conditions for the subscribers to set the usage of resources according to the requirement, and improve the availability of the network resources.
