Millimeter-wave waveguide synthesis amplifier structure improved in productivity and consistency

The invention discloses a millimeter-wave waveguide synthesis amplifier structure improved in productivity and consistency. The structure comprises an upper chamber and a lower chamber. An input waveguide is arranged in a cavity of the upper chamber. The input waveguide is connected to the input end of an MMIC circuit through a gradual changing wire, and the output end of the MMIC circuit is connected to an output waveguide through a gradual changing wire. The upper chamber and the lower chamber are of fully symmetrical structures, and are in butt joint with each other. The edges of both the input waveguide and the output waveguide connected to the gradual changing wires are like periodical waveforms. The two chambers of the symmetrical structures are adopted to replace an upper chamber, a pad and a lower chamber. Compared with a three-layer structure, the two symmetrical chamber structures without a pad in the middle have the advantages that the engaging precision requirement is low and the productivity is great. A dielectric sheet free from extrusion of a pad will not deform or damaged, the simulation and actual engaging degree is high, and the consistency and reliability also can be greatly improved. A dielectric groove structure formed by a pad and the chambers will not be destroyed, resonance will not be generated, and good broadband features are exhibited.
