Resource allocation method and communication device

A resource allocation method, a subframe configuration method, and a communication device are provided. The method, by which a resource allocation device using a time division duplex communication method allocates a resource for a subframe, comprises the steps of: allocating a certain first time domain in a time domain of the subframe to a downlink control information domain; and allocating a residual time domain, excluding the first time domain from the time domain of the subframe, to any one domain selected variably from among a downlink data domain, an uplink data domain, and an uplink control information domain.
