Comparative analysis of CI/MC-CDMA and single carrier systems

CI-OFDM and CI/MC-CDMA,which combine carrier interferometry with OFDM and multicarrier CDMA system,have become a new hotspot in the wideband wireless communication.By extending previous analysis of PO/CIOFDM,this paper reviews on the theory of CI/MC-CDMA and concludes that CI/MCCDMA has similarity to CI-OFDM in theory.Theoretical analysis shows that CI/MC-CDMA is equivalent to a single carrier system,and it cannot promote the performance of MC-CDMA system by combining with carrier interferometry technology.
